No Return, No Refund, No Exchange

All products purchased from Mee You are sold on a No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange basis.

Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or an incorrect item has been delivered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, Mee You reserves the right to provide an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
